How does delivery work?
We offer free ground shipping on all orders to qualifying locations in Canada!
Shipping is done from our Mississauga warehouse. Delivery time varies between 1 and 6 days depending on the destination and can be longer to remote areas. We reserve the right to select the carrier for each shipment. Common couriers that we use are Purolator, UPS, ICS, Canpar, Loomis, Canada Post.
Do you deliver in all of Canada?
We ship in the vast majority of Canada but some select locations are just too remote for our carriers. We reserve the right to refuse free shipping to any location remote in our definition, whether it's a parcel or freight. Examples include islands, northern locations, and certain remote areas. If we cannot deliver to your area for free we will contact you with alternatives or offer to refund. This rarely happens.
Are your shipments insured?
Yes, all our shipments are fully insured against loss or damage in transit.
Are your products covered by warranty?
Yes, we are an authorized dealer of Whynter. All our products are covered by full manufacturer's warranty available on our site here.
Do you have a showroom?
We are an online only dealer and do not have a showroom.
Do you accept returns?
Yes, you can return your purchase for any reason within 14 days of receipt as recorded by the carrier's tracking system.
If the product is defective we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.
If you have changed your mind: products have to be in new, completely unused conditions with tags on them.

Return shipping is organized and paid by the customer. Please make sure to properly package the product(s) and use a trackable shipping service.
There is no restocking fee.
You can choose between refund or credit.
If the above conditions are met we will issue refund or credit (your choice) within 4 days of our receipt of the return. Refund is issued to the original payment method and may take a few days to reach your account, depending on the rules of your financial institution. We reserve the right to issue a refund instead of exchange, depending on our inventory levels.
